Service Description

1-on-1 mental wellness coaching based on my training and education as well as lived experience with mental illness. I can offer empathetic and understanding support, while working on specifics and being proactive with what we can do to promote your mental wellness, self-care, boundaries and relationships.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is possible up to 2 days prior for full refund. Cancellations after this are subject to 10% cancellation fee. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling is possible up to 2 days prior. Changes after this are subject to 10% rescheduling fee.
